What is the CE Way?
The CE Way is the values the club operates by to ensure a positive experience for all players, parents, and coaches within the program and outside of it. It is based on the value of RESPECT, for each other, our opponents, the game, and our community. We take OWNERSHIP of our actions and the experience we create for ourselves and others we interact with on and off the field. #CEWAY
